Estimate based on published tariff data. Your actual bill may differ. WattClear is not a utility, broker, or financial advisor.

Every figure is computed from a rate schedule the utility has published, applied to consumption you supply or to a survey average. It is arithmetic on public filings. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not a promise about what any particular household will be billed.

Real bills carry things this site does not model: state and local taxes, which default to zero here; riders and surcharges that are filed separately from the rate schedule; proration across a billing period that does not align with a calendar month; and, on a time-of-use plan, the hours you actually use electricity rather than the even profile assumed in the absence of interval data. Each of those moves a bill in a knowable direction, and pages carrying an affected figure say so.

Before acting on a comparison — switching plans, changing equipment, or choosing a supplier — check the figure against your own bill and the utility’s current tariff. The methodology page sets out exactly what the rate engine assumes.

WattClear is not a utility, an energy broker, a supplier, or a financial adviser, and has no commercial relationship with any utility whose rates it publishes. Nothing here is financial, legal or engineering advice. No relationship of advice or agency is created by using the site.

The data is reproduced from public sources and inherits their errors. Utilities file records with mistakes in them — a rate published at a hundred times its real value, a schedule whose final tier is priced at zero — and where the pipeline can identify such a record it refuses to price it rather than guessing at a correction. Where it cannot, a wrong number can reach a page.

Coverage is a pilot rather than a map. A utility absent from the site is one that has not been indexed, not one that does not exist. The site says so wherever tariffs are listed.

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a figure published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The underlying tariff, consumption and geographic data comes from US federal sources and is public domain or CC0; those licences travel with the data and are not restricted here. What is not public domain is the rate engine, the generated analysis, and the wording of these pages.

You may read, cite and link to anything here, and quoting a figure with attribution is welcome. Bulk or automated copying of the generated pages is not — the underlying public data is available from the sources named on the methodology page, and taking it from there rather than from here costs you nothing and costs this site its bandwidth.

The site is offered without any undertaking as to availability. It may change, move, or stop. Data is refreshed on a schedule rather than continuously, and every page states when its figures were retrieved so you can judge their age for yourself.

The site is operated by Burak Köroğlu, and these terms are governed by the law of Turkey.

If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. Material changes appear with a new date at the top of this page.
